Editing Home Screens

I used to edit my home screens on my iPhone & iPad through iTunes, but now I can't find how to do this when I connect them to iTunes.

Remote management of your iPad Home Screen is not supported by current versions of iTunes on PC/Mac - or by iOS/iPadOS.
