Email that I have to contact Apple urgent

I have just received an email asking me to contact Apple urgently. They new my order number.

seems strange. I called the number and it just didn’t feel right 0800 1076283.

does anyone know. Scam ?

Scam. Apple will not contact you without your first initiating the conversation.

Not a scam, also received the same but I had just missed a call from the Irish call centre as well
