Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It looks like your Apple ID and your FaceTime are both greyed out. This can happen if your Screen Time is set to not allow access to the FaceTime app or not allow changes to your Apple ID settings. You can go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and make sure Account Changes is set to Allow. In Content & Privacy Restrictions you can also find Allowed Apps and make sure that FaceTime is allowed.
