Gives wrong directions consistently to my home.

Delivery services I use unfirtunately all use apple maps. That gets the to an area about 1 mile south of me where they promptly get lost. If & when they contact me I tell them to switch to google maps which works fine if & when they do..


Could someone please clue apple in? It's a pain for me.

This is a user-to-user forum. We don’t know who you are. As it’s a public forum it is a very bad idea to include any personally identifiable information; I’ve asked the hosts to mask it.


There is an option in the Maps app to submit corrections. You should use that.

Sorry, no one can do it for you. Use the Contact Support link at the top of this page, or let your delivery driver know and ask her to submit it.


Another possibility: The maps that Apple uses are from Tomtom. So you can probably submit a correction on Tomtom’s website. And addresses come from the US Department of Commerce database, so it’s likely the actual error is there.
