How do I download itunes for windows without having to go through the microsoft store? I hate microsoft email and refuse to set one up. I already have too many email accounts and don't want another.
My computer recently crashed and I had to start from scratch. Why are we forced to drill down for the app? You use to be able to find it in less than thirty seconds.

You can download it from https://www.apple.com/itunes/ but that page does a pretty good job of steering you towards the Microsoft Store version if you're running Windows 10. You need to poke around for links to other versions, and in some cases scroll back up the page to discover the updated download link.

I don't have a Microsoft email and had not trouble downloading it from the Microsoft Store. I do have an account set up with Microsoft, primarily because I have a Microsoft 365 subscription. However, it's just my Gmail address and a password. No new email account was required.
Thank you. Kind of annoying you can't just easily download it. I generally copy an app version to my external hard drive but the version on it was so old it wasn't compatible.
