How to stop purchasing roblox?

Once I use the family sharing and added the device of my son Iphone6, the purchased is continuesly charging without asking permission or code.

Like Oct 15, i allow my son to use his iphone for the procedure to unlock the iphone, then one time ask for the code, after the code given the purhase continuesly charging to my CC and the same date Oct 16, still charging...how to control that even i did not allow him to purchased. Only one time asked for the code then up to 2nd day still can access my CC.

What kind of control do you have here, even i set to everytime required purchased alwasy ask the code?
