Apple Music Mixes

Hello - questions about the auto generated playlists/mixes.

The language of the banners/labels of the mixes (new music mix, favourites mix, etc) is in Arabic. I need it to be in English and there seems to be no way to change it to English. This is both on my iPhone 8+ (iOS 14.0.1) and on itunes on Windows 10 ( iTunes 12.10.9.3)

We have a couple questions to help us understand your current setup. Where is your iTunes account information based from? Although your iPhone may be set to English, we'd like to know about the region for your iTunes account.

Hello. The account is in dubai and all language settings are English. Everything was in English till about a month ago when only the auto generated mixes - new music mix, favourites mix, etc started appearing titled in Arabic. Everything else is in English. Please see screenshots I included in my original post. Thanks for trying to help!
