Hi, my child has ended up spending around £95 on an app on my phone not realising she was spending money in a game, she thought she was just downloading things. Is there any help I can get in getting a refund?

Thank you!! I have it password protected but she has used my password as she knows it! Will this make a difference to getting a refund? I am definitely going to disable all purchases and she is now banned from using the phone 👍
I don't know that it will affect the refund; it is just their suggestion to prevent a repeat occurrence.
