Forgotten password to activate my Touch ID

Hi ! I am trying to log in my MacBook Pro but I can’t as it refuse all the passwords I type. It needs my password to activate touchID.

I switch off my computer yesterday and start it today in vain.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15
