How can I delete a message on my phone and have it delete across my other devices
It says in the link:
Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support
On your iPhone and iPad
- Go to Settings.
- Tap [your name].
- Tap iCloud.
- Turn on Messages.
Do that on all your devices
