CAPTCHA on ATT LTE for Iphone 11

So everytime The last week or so when I am on LTE and I search on google I get the image that you see below? Like what is it? Att has no clue why Google is sending this. I am a little confused as well as it stated there is unusual traffic? Am I hacked or is my phone controlled by someone else? So what could really be the reason behind this message I am getting?
