Phone won't turn on

Hi! My phone is stuck on start up screen, I have tried restarting my iPhone but the screen turns black then the start up screen pops up again, still frozen. My phone was working perfectly fine all day until about 15 minutes ago. What else can I try?

iPhone 8, iOS 13
