Apple watch 6 won't link to at&t cellular

When trying to set up apple watch 6 to at&t cellular it fails and I get a message- We want to keep your info safe we haven't noticed any activity in a while. We are redirecting you for your security.- Underneath is a blue ok bar. When you press it shows RESCOM0111. At&t can it fix. Any ideas?

At&T told me today it is a software problem that they are working on. They have no projected date for a fix. The rep said it could be tomorrow next week or a month.

once they have a fix they will begin notifying everyone. Must say all of the reps I talked to (6) have been pleasant and worked for at least 30 minutes per call to try to fix and then forwarded it to the next level. That is who called today and said they don’t have a fix.

I waited 30 minutes on hold listening to elevator music for a Verizon sales rep to then tell me that it would cost 40% more to change services from AT&T. They have a nickel and dime agreement for everything. My AT&T bill has been consistent for a couple of years, and cell/data service is fine but this Apple watch cellular syncing matter has my head spinning. It’s amazing that neither Apple nor AT&T has a clue how to resolve the matter.
