need a macbook presentation remote that has a silent advance button

Can anyone recommend a presentation remote for MacBooks that does not make a sound when you use the clicker button. I have a logitech spotlight and the click is very audible on my video recordings.

Old Apple remote, what does it control? I recently found an old (10 years or more) Apple remote. I have no idea what it came with or what it controlled. I tried Music, Keynote, and PPT. Any ideas are much appreciated, just curious. Any ideas? Thanks!
