I have McOS Catalina V. 10.15.7 I'm trying to download Itunes but on the website asking me to Upgrade to maOS Catalina which I have. How to solve it?

As I wrote, AhmedYo, iTunes does not run on Catalina, but the iDevice (iPhone) syncing and updating functions of iTunes are performed by the Finder, on Catalina.
So, you do not need iTunes at all (good thing, since there is no version that runs on Catalina).
Simply plug your iPhone into your Mac running Catalina.
You should see your iPhone show up in the lefthand device list, in the Finder.

I think I see the issue, AhmedYo.
iTunes doesn’t run on macOS Catalina!
The Music features of iTunes is performed by the Music App.
The iDevice syncing and updating functions of iTunes are performed by the Catalina Finder.
Is there some other reason you were looking to install iTunes on Catalina?
