My App Store account is messed up it won’t let me in stall anything it brings up my billing address even if the app is free how to I fix that
There has to be a valid payment info added for your Apple ID, even if the app is free:
If you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card - Apple Support
However, you can choose to use iTunes Gift cards as a payment method instead:
