Unable to set up Face ID

Hi


I have problem with install Face ID.

When I try I got the message ”Put the phone higher up” when I do that, it says ”Put the phone lower”.


please, can you help me?


My iPhone is an iPhone XR.

Thank you, but I have alredy tried the tasks in the attachment you send me.

My problem is when I try to activate Face ID see picture 1.

It open next screen automatic, picture 2.

Everyting seems to be ok. Then when I see my face in the screen I got the failure message, picture 3.

The failure message is ”Put the phone higher up” and ”Put the phone lower".


I have checked the camera and it seems to be ok.

I have update to iOS 14.0.1 and I have restart the iPhone.

Any more idees who to be successful in the installation of Face ID?
