Apple Upgrade program with Barclays - signature? Only if you're in UK.

So I applied for the upgrade program with Barclays, was approved. One email says I will need to sign something, but the next email says I'm approved and I need to return to Apple to complete the order - which I did. Phone says it is coming on Friday.

But I'm confused where I'm supposed to sign? There is nothing on the Barclays link? Or is it just an electronic signature when I placed the order?
