How do I get a new phone shipped to Thailand under AppleCare+ Lost/Theft Protection?
I bought a new iPhone 11Pro in the US before I moved internationally to Thailand in July. I bought Apple Care+ with Lost and Theft for the phone as well just in case something happened; and it did. The salesman at the Apple store told me that if this were to happen it would be easy to get a phone shipped to me fairly quickly. I made the lost phone claim on the 27th of September and the Assurant claim is still in progress? hasn't even gone through. I called Apple Support in Singapore and they said that this is a US issue. They gave me the number for this but I do not have a phone that will make international calls to the US. I am currently still paying for my iphone11Pro. I need to know what I can do to move this claim along, and get a new iPhone sent here asap.
