iCloud storage issues.

I’m getting notifications and now my iCloud email account has been cut off stating that I do not have enough data! Which I do I have only used half and I’m paying $.99 a month for extra storage, they have not increased and it has been months! Not to mention the Apple support you can’t get a hold of anybody. Anybody have a resolve?

The message or notification could either be related to insufficient iCloud storage, in which case -- Manage your iCloud storage – Apple Support; or it could be related to insufficient device storage -- What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage? – Apple Support & How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.
