as i said i lost my iphone 5c and wish to be locked until to finding but i dont have IME

could you help me to lock it until the finder let me know, please

Have you tried using Find My Phone?

Find My Phone - If your device is lost or stolen.

Find My Phone - Lock and track your device using Lost Mode.
