So i have an ipad that i have not been able to access for a long time and its because of this activation lock i cant remeber my email or password to get into it is there a way i can recover my email or account maybe even my ipad i wanted to restart my ipad and use my newer apple id with it pls help thank you
You'd use https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201354 to try and figure out your Apple ID email. Otherwise you need to call Apple and provide proof of owning the iPad for them to remove it from their end so you can start using a new Apple ID with it instead.
