Time Machine could not create a local snapshot to back up from.

Hi,

This is my first time using Time Machine Backup, and it fails each time.

I already formate my hard drive to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) with Disk Utility, and it's a new drive so I have nothing else on it, I was planning on just using it for Time Machine Backup anyways.

How do I make it work?
