When Apple ID and password is signed in iPhone the iCloud Drive is set up https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchle5a61431/mac
The documents are searched from iPhone and if you are looking only a method to search in iCloud.com , you need a web browser and sign in with Apple ID credentials of iPhone at www.icloud.com Click on iCloud Drive and double click the default Documents , you can view the personal documents that were saved in iPhone .
