8 bit vs 10 but screen differences in 12 vs 12 pro

I ordered a 12 but am now reading that the 12 pro has a 10 bit screen vs the 8 bit of the regular 12. From what I’ve read that mainly has to do with recording and watching back video.

I don’t do much video so would I miss the difference in screen in every day use??
