Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) in iOS backups to iCloud

I have seen this same question posed on many online forums going back all the way to 2014, but I’ve yet to discover a resolution to it. When I go to Settings/Tap on my name at the top/iCloud/manage storage/backups/select my device, it shows backup for an app with no icon called “Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese.)” This is on my iPad and my iPhone. I HAVE deleted the Emoji Keyboard (and all others except the 1 basic keyboard) but the app doesn’t go away in “backups.” I have tried to delete it from the backup by toggling it off and then performing a new backup. I’ve restarted my phone after. NOTHING gets rid of it. Does anyone have a definitive answer as to what exactly this is and how it can be removed from my devices (and most likely everyone else’s as well?)

I understand it’s not something to worry about, but every other app in the cloud backups I can delete permanently. Why not this? Why does “Chinese and Japanese Keyboard” get a special inaccessible app assigned to it? I don’t see any other keyboards that have their own designated app in the backups. Also, to make an analogy, if I buy a car that has power locks listed as a feature, and the power locks stop working on the passenger side, even though it’s not a cause for concern since I can still lock the doors, I shouldn’t settle for that, right? It hurts my eyes to see that ugly no graphic-app for a keyboard language I will never use. I’m just looking for a substantive answer to this question. I’ve read all the speculations and assurances in various forums over the years saying it’s nothing to be concerned about. I’m looking for a concrete answer. Apple? You out there?
