[Health App] Removing Headphone Audio Level Source

I noticed my health app was saying that I was listening to audio at unsafe volumes in my headphones. That seemed odd as I typically only use my headphones to listen to podcasts at night and they usually quite quiet. Looking deeper at the data it was pulling, it became clear it was counting my bluetooth receiver in my car as headphones. When connected to bluetooth in my car, my phones volume is always at max, and the actual volume is adjusted with the stereo.

In the health app it specifically says which device (it shows either the name of my headphones or the car bluetooth) was being used for the data collected. Is there a way to stop it from recording volume data from specific audio devices so I can have it track my headphones but not my bluetooth receiver?
