Live wallpaper

So my iPhone SE the second generation I cannot put a new live wallpaper on it as it is saying everywhere on the internet because of the 3D Touch but when I first got my phone I transferred everything from my iPhone 6 to this phone including the live wallpaper and it works. So only yesterday when I tried to change it I realised i can’t but I don’t understand why I have a live wallpaper but yet I can add a different one. Please help
