iCloud data storage : merging accounts

I am receiving regular emails telling me that I am about to run out of data in my iCloud Account storage... I recently increased my payments for 2tb storage but it seems that this is only in respect of one Apple email address / account. I do not need to be paying for 2 iCloud accounts so the question is how can I merge these accounts.

Apple ID and storage plan I have apple ID that has a storage plan of 2TB and I have another Apple ID for my email @me.com which is running out of space. is there any way to use the same storage plan for both ID that are belongs to me

Apple ID accounts cannot be merged.
