Upgrade programme
If I have have outstanding finance left to pay on my phone can I still upgrade or do I have to pay the phone off first ?

If you are referring to Apple's iPhone Upgrade program, you must have paid at least 12 months of the 24, or you will have to pay any remaining bringing it to 12 months before you can upgrade. If you pay the phone off, you would be out of the upgrade program, would be able to keep the phone and would have to re-apply for the Upgrade Program.
If you are referring to some other program, please indicate.
