Weather app wildly off

The Weather app temperature in my community has been WILDLY off by as little as 8 to as much as 30 degrees Fahrenheit day and night for over a month. I just want reliable information however possible. Thanks.

The Apple Weather App on my 13 mini (iOS 16.5.1) shows temps for this weekend (Aug 25, 26, 27, 28, 2023) to be 5 degrees cooler than the WeatherChannel App. That is a significant difference. Why?? What to believe? I’m going to Sierra City, Ca for a weekend. Apple Weather app shows 5 degrees cooler for the next 10 days. What’s up with that?
