I actually have no idea what this means. Here are some examples.

You don’t see an option to update. Fine. Does that mean you attempt the Restore and then see Error 4005 again? Or does it mean you give up at that point?
Have you forced your iPhone to restart?
Have you checked how current your computer’s software is (step 1)?
Have you executed any of the other steps in the article?

they say my product is not covered complimentary technical support, so I can’t get support by chat nor phone, I have to take it to store and because I have a daughter with neurological problems I can’t risk , so I am in quarantine.

If they fail to resolve the issue, go through the next three steps.

There isn’t the option to update it, only restore. I have tried the whole process again and nothing happened

I followed all the instructions, went through all the steps and updated to the latest version and all, but it doesn’t work, it keeps telling me :error 4005
