When I try to put my lyrics on the little icon in the bottom left corner is faded so I can’t press it what do I do?

When I try to put my lyrics on the little icon in the lower left corner is faded so I can’t do it. What do I do to turn them back on?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

there is a section at the bottom with a couple of reasons why they wouldn't show up
