Email problem

I think my iCloud storage filled up just before I was expecting some tickets to be emailed to me. The company claims they sent the tickets but I never got them and they aren’t in the junk folder either. Is there any way to see incoming emails that got bounced back / rejected because my storage was full? I’m not Apple/ ICloud savy so not sure if this even makes sense. Any input is appreciated

Unfortunately there isn't any way to access those lost emails. Can you ask the sender to resend them to another email provider?
