The Power Adapter

is it ok to use the 20w power adapter to charge the new iPhone 12 ?

i mean most of us keep their iPhones for 3 or 4 years, is using a 20w or 30w power adapter to charge the iPhone 12 good for the battery ? or should i just use a 5w/10w power adapter ?
