I have another account that I can’t access at all and I’ve lost all my pics of my kids and everything can you help?

It depends what credentials do you owe for an Apple ID account .

( a ) the correct Apple ID and password .

( b ) rescue mail address and its password , date of birth , correct three answers for respective security questions the account that is set up with secondary authentication account .

If the account was set up with two factor authentication , do you remember the Apple ID and password , is the trusted device with you to get the verification code or is it lost / damaged , was a single trusted number added or two trusted numbers were added , do you remember the old trusted numbers set up with cellular service , or did you switched the cellular service .

The credentials can be reset using a web browser by entering in iforgot.apple.com
