Apple pay
Can you use apple pay in other countries. i.e Tanzania? I have been trying to set up an account and it isn't
working.
and is it possible to pay in installments as well from here?

You need to be in a region that supports Apple Pay - Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
If you set up the installments in the USA and travel there you should be able to continue making payments unless you change your Apple ID region.
