Follow the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If the issue persists, have your iPhone inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
