Hello everyone!
I have a 2010 MacBook Pro that was gifted to me. I have cleared everything from the hard drive and am now trying to redownlaod OS lion. I have tried many options already.
With literally no luck. After using my Apple ID it says that it’s temporary unavailable.
What do I do at this point??

when you see "temporarily unavailable" when using your apple id, it tells me that you need to purchase lion from apple. once you buy it, you will get a code that will be attached to your apple id. then you will be able to download and install lion using recovery.
