• Before I Leave
• Bluetooth
• Leave
• Time of Day
• Wi-Fi

Additionally, - Does the automation run as expected when you run it manually per the steps in the guide here?: Create a new personal automation

Also, when an issue occurs is the screen locked, or is your device in use? We also recommend checking to ensure the Shortcuts app has access when viewing your privacy settings.
