If you know your passcode unlock the phone and go to Settings/FaceID & Password (or Settings/TouchID & Password) and change it. If your phone is disabled or says you have to wait a long time to try again see—>If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support or watch this companion video:
