Cannot make in app purchase for hello neighbor game

I cannot complete the in app purchase of the hello neighbor full game on my son’s iPad which is linked to the family account. We didn’t get the parent approval notification on our devices either. Now when we startup the game it states “the purchase process is completed incorrectly. Click restore purchases”, but that doesn’t work and selecting to buy the game again makes the app hang. I’ve tried restarting, soft reset on all devices, and reinstalling the game but nothing works.

Hey Play_it_cool,


We see you are trying to get help with a purchase made on your son's iPad through Ask To Buy.


If Ask to Buy isn't working try the steps on the page we've linked.


If you temporarily turn off Ask To Buy, are you able to install the app on his device?


Use the other steps on the page we shared, such as 'Review your Family Sharing settings'.
