My Apple Watch série 2 won’t allow me to enter password, I have a ring on the face of the watch and a speaker who repeat all but don’t enter . I already resets, removed from my iCloud . What’s wrong

Thank you , I already did all this steps , and I already removed my Apple Watch from my account , reset him as well . But at this point I’m not able to put the password , he just keep repeating the numbers but not insert in the numbers.
