Cant use Group FaceTime on iPhone 7. Regular FaceTime works fine.

I assume your phone is up to date with the ios?
This is my granddaughter’s phone and is up to date 14.1. All apps are updated. I’ve deleted FaceTime and reinstalled, but still doesn’t work on Group FaceTime.
phone works great on single person FaceTime but when we try to join a group or start a group it fails and closes. Doesn’t matter who starts the Group FaceTime.
This is info I have seen and tried, but does not work.

The people you're group facetiming also needs to meet the requirements
They all do and Group FaceTime all the time.
All the other girls have iPhones and do Group FaceTime regularly.
