Trying to erase contents of old phone. It keeps asking for a screen code which I've never set up. How do I progress?
I'm trying to erase contents of old phone, but keep getting message to put in screen time password. I've never set one up and can't set up a new one without having an old one--so the new message says. How can I get to to place to erase old phone?
