I got a call saying my account has been breached what should I do?

I’ve gotten a call saying my account has been breached but I could not understand what was being said what should I do? Something along the lines of my iCloud Was being hacked?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Total scam/phishing. Apple will never call you unless you called them and asked for a call back.
