Can’t turn on notifications for certain apps

Usually when I download apps and open them for the first time I choose not to get notifications from them, but sometimes I want to turn them on at a later time. However, sometimes when I go to “notifications” in settings, the app is not listed. Then, when I scroll down to where the app is listed on its own, there is no option to turn notifications on from there either. I am not sure how to fix this. Thank you!

Hey there Mickey,

Sounds like you are missing the ability to turn off notifications for some of your apps.

Not all apps have notifications so there are some that you may not be asked this at the beginning and in turn they may not be listed in notifications if they don't support notifications. With that said for apps that do if this isn't available, you can always delete the app and redownload it and see if that brings the option back to the iPhone.
