How do I give a name to my scanned document? I.e. in notes.

I have a note with a scanned document. When I press and hold the document, “Rename” is a choice I see.

Actually, I did not know that! I never thought about naming a scanned document in a Note before.
But since you asked about renaming, I thought of how I would implement that if I were an Apple developer. Sure enough, Apple implemented it just as I would have!
So I suppose for me, the answer was “intuitive”. I learned something going through this process, and you did too. It was a “win-win”.
