I have not user this rigntones at all but yell are still charge me. I can’t download any thing because of it. I am not going to pay for something. That i have not use.

Click the links (words in blue) we provided you. You should know that whether you used what you bought or not is not applicable. Apple has always had the policy that purchases are final in the App Store. They may be nice and refund you, but they are not obligated to refund your purchase.

Because ther are charge on there for the ringtones app and I didn’t use them and that charge extra for ever one of them
I cancel some thing on my apple account they are still trying to charge me
