That feature is already setup once your Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone. The condition is that your iPhone has be within a bluetooth distance to take the signal from your Apple Watch. You can activate the control center on your Apple Watch and then the icon to locate your iPhone looks like a phone with (( and )) on each side.
